1. Responsible Party Identification

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information by SENTINALTECH (PTY) LTD (Registration Number: 2025/776875/07), having its principal place of business in Brakpan, Gauteng, South Africa (hereinafter referred to as "SentinalTech", "we", "our", or "the Company").

SentinalTech is committed to safeguarding personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and international data privacy benchmarks including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

We process personal and organizational information strictly necessary for commercial engagement, project evaluation, and contract execution:

• Contact & Representative Details: Name, professional title, corporate email address, contact telephone number, and organization name.
• Project & Scoping Information: Scope documents, specifications, and project briefs submitted via our contact channels.
• Technical Server Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, IP addresses, browser agent headers, and request timestamps strictly for edge security and DDoS mitigation.

3. Purpose of Processing (POPIA Section 13)

Personal information is processed solely for lawful and transparent purposes:

• Responding to project quote requests, proposals, and technical software inquiries.
• Executing software engineering contracts, milestone delivery, and invoicing.
• Complying with statutory supply chain obligations and corporate tax record keeping (SARS).
• Protecting the security and integrity of our edge digital infrastructure against cyber threats.

4. Zero-Sale of Data & Confidentiality Standard

SentinalTech strictly adheres to a Zero-Sale Policy. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal information, client identities, or proprietary project specifications to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Proprietary Products (AutoCater) Architecture

In our proprietary consumer products—specifically AutoCater —we enforce a Local-First Privacy Architecture. Candidate resumes and job application history are stored locally in the candidate's browser storage. Prompts processed via our Cloudflare edge proxy are held only ephemerally in RAM and purged immediately upon streaming. No candidate profiles are ever stored on SentinalTech servers.

6. Data Subject Rights

Under POPIA Sections 23–25, you retain the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you.
• Request the correction, updating, or deletion of inaccurate or obsolete records.
• Object to the processing of personal information on reasonable grounds.
• Lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
